Finding Ulysses

According to this website,   the Trumansburg schools spend about $2000 less per student than the state average, and rank right in the middle on a scale that considers test results etc.  We have 1164 students.  1164 students x $2G x 4years = $9M.  Let’s let them keep the ill begotten funds, spend the state average per student for 4 years, and see if we can get the rank up a little above average.
