Finding Ulysses

I wonder if Bikely could become a useful resource for local cyclists here in the Town of Ulysses, and not just people biking through. As weather gets warmer, I know I’d like to figure out the most safe and efficient ways to get down to Ithaca and back.

Wednesday night, the bison herd was spotted and photographed by Nancy Cusumano, who lives on Duboise Road. Apparently, the animals have been using the Black Diamond Trail to move in relative peace, up toward Trumansburg and back down toward Ithaca.

Tuesday, January 15, 2008 is the deadline for submitting comments to NYS Parks about their proposed plans for the Black Diamond Trail.
