Finding Ulysses

Trumansburg could be shoved into any one of a number of new congressional districts this year, represented by right wing Republican Ann Marie Buerkle or right wing Democrat Bill Owens. Which would you prefer?

So far, Richard Hanna’s economic agenda is not representing the needs of the middle class town of Ulysses and the village of Trumansburg.

Republican Richard Hanna had the courage to vote against the extension of the most abusive spying powers of the Patriot Act. Kirsten Gillibrand and Charles Schumer did not.

Arcuri certainly got some interesting telephone messages from Tea Party protesters, but perhaps more convincing was the $53,500 he received from medical industry PACs, and $15,000 from insurance industry PACs. That’s in addition to the amounts given by individual lobbyists.
